Is it possible to return an item after ordering?
Yes, this is possible within 15 days after receipt of your package, and if you return your order in its original condition and packaging. Any clothing, shoes, accessories or other products that have been worn will not be accepted.
Only items returned in new condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by an email or a note on plain paper confirming the reason for the return, will be accepted.
To make a return, please contact us as soon as possible on jeremie@dapperboutique.com so that we can send you a return voucher if applicable.
If ordering the same product in two different sizes, in order to carry out a trial and return the unsuitable product, please note that the return costs will be deducted from your refund or charged via PayPal. We are an independent store and do not encourage these types of practices specific to fast fashion. If you are unsure between two sizes, please contact us by email and we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information and measurements to help you in your choice, and to avoid any unnecessary transport of goods.
How to return an item?
Please return your order to us within 15 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
Simply tell us the reasons for the return and your choice between a refund or an exchange (subject to stock) either by email or on plain paper, and stick the prepaid Colissimo label on your package and drop it in the nearest post office.

If you wish to make an exchange with another item, and subject to available stocks, we will send you your new order within 5 working days after receiving your return.
In the event of a refund, we will recredit your bank or PayPal account for the amount of the returned item(s) within 5 to 8 working days after receipt of your return. The transaction may take several days to be effective and available on your account depending on your bank, and reimbursement times linked to our PayPal online payment module.
You can also make a return directly to our store at 8 rue Adrien Dubouché, 87000 Limoges. You also have 15 days from receipt of your order to do so and the same conditions above apply.
Who covers the return costs?
For all orders in Metropolitan France and for any item excluding sales, private sales and promotions, return costs are free.
For sale items, promotions, private sales and our Outlet section, return costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
For all orders outside mainland France, return costs are your responsibility.
We advise you to return your order to us by Colissimo (counter-signature delivery and tracked parcel) or UPS for any delivery outside mainland France.
