How to order ?

Once you have made your choice of item, choose your size if applicable from the drop-down menu in the product sheet, then click on “Add to cart”. A pop-up will then ask you to continue your purchases on the site, or to validate your order.

When you have finished shopping, click on the basket icon at the top right of the page and let yourself be guided through the steps of the ordering procedure until payment. You can place an order as a guest or as a registered customer.

Once the order has been placed on our site, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you have not received anything within 1 hour, please check your “Junk Mail” or “Spam” folder in your mailbox, and if no mail is present, please send us an e-mail to jeremie @dapperboutique.com.

  

How do I know if an item is available?

The products on www.dapperboutique.com correspond to our availability. However, it may happen that, due to a computer error, a product presented as being in stock is in reality no longer available. If this is the case you will be informed as soon as possible and your order will be canceled and fully refunded.

From which countries can you order on the site?

We deliver all over the world, and you can order regardless of your country of residence. The rates in effect for our deliveries (via Colissimo or UPS) are as follows:

  • Free delivery in France for all orders over 80 euros. For a lower amount, delivery costs of 8.4 euros including tax will be applied.
  • Free delivery in Europe (European Union) for all orders over 250 euros. For a lower amount, delivery costs of 18 euros including tax will be applied.
  • Free delivery in Europe (outside the European Union) for all orders over 250 euros. For a lower amount, delivery costs of 22 euros including tax will be applied.
  • Delivery to the USA and Canada is charged 60 euros via UPS for delivery in 5-7 working days.

If you live in a country that does not appear in this list, do not hesitate to send us an email or contact us via the site and we will confirm delivery possibilities and applicable rates.

For all your international deliveries, you also have the option of going through our online store on Trouva.

What are the payment options available ?

You can pay for your purchases on our site by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) and also via your PayPal account, with the possibility of paying in 3-4 installments free of charge according to the applicable terms. You can also choose the option of payment by Klarna for installments over several months without fees.

Is online payment secure?

Dapper pays full attention to security issues regarding Internet payments. Your banking data is transmitted to our server encrypted by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and transferred in a completely secure environment to our bank, Banque Populaire. Your banking data only circulates on the Internet in encrypted form. They are coded in such a way as to make them completely unreadable. The security system is based on 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This payment solution is the most used in France for Internet payment.

Why create an account ?

Your account allows you to view the summary of your orders and modify your personal data (name, email, address, etc.). Its access is password protected. You can also find your order history there as well as download your invoices. Creating an account also allows you to save articles in your favorites list, so you can find them later. It also allows us to know our best customers in order to send them exclusive offers and discount vouchers.

When is my order sent?

All orders placed before 11:00 a.m., excluding weekends and public holidays, are prepared the same day, and sent to our carrier at the end of the day or the next morning, to be sent to you as soon as possible. A shipping email for your order, serving as confirmation, will inform you of the exact delivery times for your package, with a tracking number. You can then follow the details of the delivery on www.colissimo.fr or www.ups.com. 

For urgent orders, please send us an email or call us. You can also opt for in-store collection which allows you to collect your order the same day subject to availability.

What delivery methods are offered?

Once your purchases have been validated, you can choose between delivery by Colissimo in France (or by UPS depending on the options offered during checkout), or collection in our store at 8 rue Adrien Dubouché, Limoges during our opening hours (11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday).

Regarding collection in store, we undertake to prepare your order the same day and you will then receive an e-mail confirming that your order is ready. During sales and promotions periods, which can become very busy for our team, preparation may be postponed until the next day and we will then notify you by e-mail.

What are the shipping costs ?

For any delivery in France above 80 euros, shipping costs are free. Below this amount, we advise you to choose collection in store if you live locally, or failing that the current delivery rates from Colissimo or UPS will apply depending on your country of residence.

What are the delivery times ?

For our deliveries, it normally takes between 2 to 3 working days from dispatch of the package for delivery in mainland France. You are also advised to take into account specific periods (Christmas, holidays, weekends, etc.) which may affect Post Office services and delay delivery. For international deliveries, our deliveries are generally made within 5-7 business days via UPS.

What should you do if you have not received your package?

Your package is normally delivered by Colissimo in 2 to 3 working days once shipped to mainland France. If you have not received your Colissimo after 5 days and no delivery notice has been given to you: check the situation of your package on www.colissimo.fr or contact us on jeremie@dapperboutique.com.

What should I do if I want to change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible on contact@dapperboutique.com or by telephone before shipping your package. Once the email confirming the shipment has been sent, we will unfortunately not be able to modify your order, and if you wish to modify it you will then have to consider a return / exchange within 15 days from receipt of the package according to our conditions general sales.
